He explained everything to me thoroughly to make sure I understood, and was very honest about what I did and did not need replaced on our water filter & softener system. What an amazing experience. We are so happy with the entire process from sales to installation. Etta, the sales rep was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Brian, the installer did an amazing job. He was very helpful, efficient and clearly not new to the water biz. He removed our old system and installed our new one without any problems. He even set up the app on my phone. This experience was so much better than our previous water folks. Thank you for a job well done.

Just had a water purification system installed today by Superior Water and Air and could not be more satisfied with the whole installation process.. hard working knowledgeable staff walked me through everything and I’m so happy to be able to drink from the tap now! Awesome and highly recommend...
