James our technician came to change out our Filters. He gave us a full explanation of what he was going to do before starting. He tested the water from our regular spigot and our reverse osmosis spigot and explained the results from both. He then change out the filters in the osmosis system and increased the pressure in our osmosis storage tank. Very professional and helpful service. He explained everything I needed to know about the system and while he was installing it he added a shut off valve for my outside faucet, above and beyond the call of duty.
Two days before Christmas and this company sent James, a delightfully kind, intelligent and very helpful man, who solved our water problem quickly and gave us great advice for the future regarding our water system. Splendid to be able to trust a company.
