Very pleased with this company. We installed a water treatment system a couple of months back and had an issue two days ago. I texted my sales contact and the installer first thing in the morning, and got several responses immediately. They sent Shawn over later during the day to fix the issue. Shawn was very thorough, courteous and professional. He explained the problem and fixed it in no time. I would highly recommend Superior Water and Air Denver. They are all about customer service.

I needed to have a replacement water softener installed ASAP. Melissa answered the call and assisted me with answering my questions and concerns immediately. This company was able to do it within the same day I contacted them by moving around their schedule of appointments. Shawn White was the installer; he was professional, courteous, thorough, helpful, informative. I highly recommend this company and their choice of quality employees.

Jim came out and replaced the filters in our RO system, tested the water and explained the results of the tests. He then went down to the basement and checked the main unit to make sure everything was working as it should. I would surely recommend Superior Water and Air.
