We had Brian come out on May 24, 2018 to replace a water filter on our system. We usually do this once a year. This time the Technician ran into all kinds of problems such as a leaking 'O' ring, then a leak with the membrane. We finally had to wait to see if we could get a new system and if it would cost us more each month. Thankfully, we were able to do that and with no increase in monthly charges. i was impressed with the service. The technician called about 20 min before arriving. When he got here, he put on some protective booties to keep the carpets clean. He explained what he was testing and the results of the tests. The explanations were clear and thorough.
The installer, Samuel, did an excellent job. He was ahead of the scheduled time, very efficient and cleaned everything up before he left. Explained the features of the new toilet and how to keep it clean. Would recommend him very highly.
