Mark came out to take a look at my leak that had actually stopped but he found where it was coming from and he fixed it. He was amazing he took the time and did it right he is awesome and definitely an asset to Superior Water and Air.
The work was done quickly and efficiently. The mess was cleaned up and the work was done well. Derik Derbidge was professional and efficient.
Excellent, Mark was my installer and he worked diligently and went over and above my expectations. After the installation was complete he left the work area clean and orderly. He explained how to use the equipment and care for it in detail.
I had superior water and air come out to give me an estimate. While giving the estimate, they completely damaged our furnace closet doors. They came back with a manager to assess the issue. The manager denied that his guy ruined our door and tried to pin point it on me. I am disgusted with this company and will never refer them to anyone.
