It took 3 hours, and was unfinished, the best part was the massage chairs.
I got the platinum car wash done this week and it was the best car wash I have ever had. My stained food caked car wash looked was back to looking like the day I drove it off the new car lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. I will never take my car anywhere else.

Went in to have my car waxed, politely asked the crew not to clean the inside, (since i cleaned earlier in the week). Got back in and my college ring was missing. I asked them about it no one had a response. They continue to say we never found it.
Terrible place to wash your car. I feel like I'm being robbed at gun point. I ask for the basic wash and this guy proceeded to tell me all the things they were not going to do. Are you kidding me? So I'm paying you $12.50 just to get my car wet and through the cleaning brushes. Not even wipe down the interior?? Last time I come here. Stay away!!!!!!
find another place to have your car washed. customer service is a quality not everyone has. especially these folks. the $65 dollar hand wash + the $40 headlight polishing took about an hour to complete, but they took an hour and 45 minutes. they kept going back to it and wiping here and there between their servicing other customers, eating lunch (wiping their mouths on polishing cloths), watching videos on their cell phones, and basically goofing off. this place is HORRIBLE! I was told by the VERY RUDE guy and his sidekick that were laughing and rolling their eyes because I was throwing MY OWN trash away, like I was an idiot. ANYWAY I was told if I didn't get the detail package they wouldn't even wipe my dash, door panels or console with a rag. HORRIBLE TRASH that run that place. I am so glad I didn't let them touch my car
