DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my 3 week old car to them yesterday (2/27/21). No marks on my car anywhere, but after going through the wash there's now a 6 to 7 inch deep scratch on the driver's side door. I didn't see it until I got home because the door was open when I got in. when I confronted the GM he refused to give me the owner's name and insinuated the scratch was already there when I brought my car to them. NOT TRUE! On top of the damage the car was poorly vacuumed with water spots all over it.
They sent our car through the wash with the windows down. Flooded the car and then refused to give the owners name or the insurance info. We had to make a police report. Do not go here.
They broke a part on my door handle and were very uninterested in helping me to cover the $70.00 to replace. I won’t be going back there.
2320 S Mason Rd Location in Katy Tx My grandmother took her vehicle today for an oil change along with a state inspection. While doing her oil change she’s told by James that she has a “small radiator leak,” which will impede her car to pass the inspection. Broke our car and would not take responsibility over it, lied straight to my face multiple times and besides that they didn't even clean the car to the expectation that should of been done paying for the platinum package. Don't go!!!
Feb 24. 2020 I have had great experience with the location in Katy. I went to the Tomball location and it looks like they took a rag and barely wiped the interior. I paid the extra for the detailing but there were smudges and particles everywhere. Worst job ever.
they kicked butt on my car. never had my vehicle detailed before. have 3 kids .. they made it look like I never had a child in my car before 😍😍
Do not go to this place!!! They cost me $1000 worth of repairs to my truck. Got my oil changed here 2 weeks ago & they put the wrong oil in ALSO DIDN'T TIGHTEN THE OIL PLUG. Brought it back a few days later MULTIPLE quarts low on oil & they "refilled" it. Today I took my truck in to be inspected somewhere else... My truck had NO OIL. They tightened the fuel filter so tight they cracked the housing. Keep in mind, this is a 2015 Ram so it's still pretty new.
