I live all the way in waller and i always come here becuase of the excellent service. The staff is very friendly and quick. The cashier cristina always finds a way to help me
Take a car with no scratches anywhere on it to get washed and it comes out with all 4 doors scratched and dripping soap everywhere. Manager said he was going to pull the video to see if it was done intentionally and 30 minutes later got very rude with my wife when she asked to see the video and for a copy of it. Guess that prick will just get to deal with a lawyer!!!!
The worst carwash I have ever had. Didn't touch the front of the car missed spots on the inside. Just the worst place to go.
They took off my antenna and while washing my car and didn’t put it back. The manager, Bernardo Sotc would not even talk to me about it. If he doesn’t care anymore than that I will certainly never go there again. � Stay away.
I'm still waiting on my car after nearly two hours, I ordered the basic package. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this is kind of ridiculous.
There awesome they do a great job for a reasonable amount.
