Horrible service! What a rip off after taking my vehicle to this car wash I still had to take it home myself and clean the door panels, center console and running boards what a joke.
Stay away big rip-off! Paid $115 for a detail job and got a $19.95 job done on my car! Didn't wipe all of the inside down, didn't vacuum the back floor, didn't clean back windshield, paid extra for headliner cleaning and the only cleaned the passenger side! Said they didn't have enough time, seriously if you can't detail a small car in 3 hours then don't commit!! Talked to the owner requested a credit he hands me my receipt and said have a nice day! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! The managers are horrible at what they do! I recently received a detail on my Harley Davidson, when they detailed the bike the short mexican lady ripped my HD logo off my seat and put it in my cup holder without telling me, when I complained they claimed to send it to the district manager, after a week of me calling trying to get in touch with him he finally responded, finding out that he was a rude and up sure person he mearly told me that all his employees are professional and would never do... read more
