Our service did not work. Called them to come back out. Wanted to charge me again to complete the first job we paid for... so we moved over to terminix. Was incredibly disappointed that there was no care or accountability at all. This was when we lived in Oklahoma. Maybe before a fear of yelp/Facebook. Bottom line, our service did not work at all and don't expect a guarantee. Which our current, and pest controls forever WILL. Because that is simply good business.
