When I went to look at the car I had inquired about it had been sold and no one notified me. I told them what I was looking for to see if they had anything else and they showed me everything but what I was looking for. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

I contacted the dealership by email and Doug Jones replied immediately by email and a phone call. I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes later, the car was clean and ready for the test drive. My overall experience was great. I purchased the car.

The best car buying experience ever. Our salesman was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. The vehicle was clean and ready to test drive. Even though it was raining. The process was quick and easy. The staff made me feel like I was at home. Their facility is top notch and the transaction was completed in half the time I expected. We will be back!!
Kelley was great through the process of buying this car. My only complaint is that they weren't forthcoming about some damage that was conveniently omitted from all the pictures and the Carfax report.
When we asked about a specific option on a vehicle the agent that contacted us back was not knowledgeable or out-and-out lied to us because the said the option was available and it was not. When we got to the dealer the car in question had sold and we were given another option at a significantly lower price that a normal vehicle of its' trim type and mileage (a loaner vehicle). BI would like to thank you for your comments. We have several 2018 Outback's that are Loaner Cars. Until today we have had them on a stop sale due to a National Subaru recall. I can guarantee that none of these are flooded units. Part of the recalled required that a cluster be removed and sent back to Subaru. My apologies for having some one here at our store show you a unit that wasn't ready for sale.
