Biggest fear of any used car buyer is buying a car that ends up having a major issue. The biggest difference between the small independent dealers and authorized dealers will be how they handle this type of issue. The issue I incurred was extremely difficult to diagnose. After superior Subaru diagnosed the issue, I could not of been more pleased with how my salesman Rick R., my service tech Jesus and the used car manager Mohamad fixed the issue and made me a Superior Subaru customer for life! I went to go look at the 2002 Nissan Maxima, and it was a very clean car. It did have its flaws but its what to expect for a 20 year old car. The salesman Simon was ok, He informed me that they were closed already but it was ok to look at the car. he brought me the keys, so I could turn on the car , Great! That was all with the contact, and I left the dealership. I emailed the dealership the following day, to ask about the price. 02 Maxima with 55K miles. Ultra low i know.
