Good. I purchased the car after negotiating. I had to wait to complete the sale only because they only had one finance person working. Understandable though. It's ok for businesses to run lean.

The experience was HORRIBLE. My husband and I (with our 2 babies) drove over 2 hours to buy a truck, and when we got there the vehicle was being processed to sell to another party. Complete waste of gas and time. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1!!

Hammered out the majority of the details via email. When I arrived the car was ready and the rest of the process was fast and smooth. Best part were there were no surprises.

I was contacted very quickly and professionally. I set up an appointment to test drive the car and it was a good experience. I was told there were two keys, but they only had one. Was told the windshield replacement would come to me, but had to go to a dealership. But, over all it was a good experience
Doug Jones is awesome I’ve been knowing him for years when are used to work for Toyota dealership I definitely would rate him a five he’s consistent he’s concerned and he’s on top of his game
