The experience was HORRIBLE. My husband and I (with our 2 babies) drove over 2 hours to buy a truck, and when we got there the vehicle was being processed to sell to another party. Complete waste of gas and time. I wouldn’t even give this place a 1!!

I was contacted very quickly and professionally. I set up an appointment to test drive the car and it was a good experience. I was told there were two keys, but they only had one. Was told the windshield replacement would come to me, but had to go to a dealership. But, over all it was a good experience
Doug Jones is awesome I’ve been knowing him for years when are used to work for Toyota dealership I definitely would rate him a five he’s consistent he’s concerned and he’s on top of his game
Confirmed appointment car was not ready to go at 1pm
Excellent customer service and zero haggling
The sales representatives were accommodating given the COVID related social distancing requirements. Hand sanitizers in multiple locations and almost everyone wearing masks. Took advantage of extended test drive to experience both Outback and Forester models.
