PROCEED WITH CAUTION! - Where to start. I was ready to purchase from this dealership. But when it got down to signing, I noticed the bill of sale had a different trim model. In addition, there were two extra fees to the tune of >$2500 that did not apply to me. Also, they insisted on putting FL sales tax even though I explained I was not in FL and that rate was incorrect. (But hey, I would get a refund at some point.) Mistakes happen, I get that. But this was crazy.
Professional and honest, I would recommend these folks to anyone.
Sales was efficient and friendly. I never felt pressured by the sales team and was given plenty of time and breathing room to make my final decision. The vehicle was in the exact condition described and the trade-in value they gave me was fair. Would recommend.
