I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it is yet to arrive. I've called every day for 4 days now and no one can tell me where my shipment is, what my tracking number is, or when I can expect my flooring to arrive. It has delayed my project and I have no idea when my shipment will actually be here. I have received empty promises of returned calls for 4 days in a row. Same exact runaround as described by others. Great prices, placed large orders, tried to cancel early on but was told too late to cancel. Now 4 weeks later, multiple emails, calls and chats with no answer where the shipment is. Not sure there was a shipment at all, definitely not at the time I tried to cancel. I tried the nice way, taking it to legal now. Not sure how long the company will last with such practices...

Ordered 14 business days ago and starting to be VERY concerned as to why they don't respond to shipping inquiries, online chat, their phone numbers are not in service, and their social media sites are not active. They need to realize that people will pull their orders and report them if they feel like they are being scammed. I'm close. Took my money and shut down website and phone. I guess they went out of business. Stuck with no money and no flooring.

Ordered flooring and didn't receive a tracking number for a week. They told me it would arrive in 14 days and after 14 days I talked to them and a hired holiday representative said they where not in the office until after the new years. Basically I would have had to wait over 1 month to get my flooring. Now trying to cancel the order is also difficult since they wont call me back or respond to emails as promised. Would not recommend.
