Less than 24 hours and my garage door stop working again. very inexperience tech who left my wires exposed. I called him on that and his respond to me was " we don't have wrap it with tape" $185 for the door censer that only worked for 22 hours. I will call another company to look at the issue. NEVER AGAIN

Had an emergency with our garage door -- a snapped spring. Door would not open any more. Scheduled a repair with "superior garage door". They replied and confirmed the date, yet they missed the scheduled time. Wife called multiple times to finally get someone on the phone who promised that a technician will come asap. Later when in contact with the actual technician he seemed to have a more important job to attend. Nobody ever showed up to fix the door. Not impressed ...
Rapid and excellent service. Pleasant and knowledgeable. We had to call them at the end of the day. They came at 8:00pm and he took him 30' about to replace the springs.
