Horribly nasty customer service reps. Tell me I'm getting fuel the next day then tell me that their truck broke down & tell me they only have one truck. Still waiting 5 days later. Don't prepay on their payment options once they have your money your moved to the bottom of their delivery list so they can serve people whose money they don't yet have in their pockets.
Horrible customer service! There Price Protection plan is a joke. Overcharging customers is the norm here
We have had nothing but hassle from this company, poor service, delivering fuel to the wrong house and not crediting us back the fuel, having a leaking tank for months and nothing done about it. Never seen such poor service before.
Great company! One of my first job out of college and I still have never worked for a company that cares about its customer this much. They know you by name not by a number and they treat you like a person. They understand that everyone falls on hard times and they are willing to help you and work with you. I love the people that are here and still go back to visit.
My advice to everyone out there... Don't use Superior Fuel!!! What kind of company switches out your tank, takes the one with propane, leaves you with an empty one, and says they're not bringing propane until tomorrow?!?! Seriously... It's one of the coldest nights of the season and we hove no propane!! We have had nothing but problems with this company!!

So wonderful...people are so friendly! ! Delivered today and was right there in the snow bank helping me clear off the top of the tank... laughing with me and oh yah...my second delivery ever and was called by my first name! ! Thanks Randy! !
