We live in another state. Thankful for worry free, dependable automatic delivery service provided by Superior Fuel back in Cable Wisconsin.
Called Superior reference a missed delivery, the female that answered the phone (Laura) was everything but helpful. Explained that we were on a delivery service which she decided was not in the best interest for their company and said they would not be able to provide that service any further. Set another appointment for the missed delivery but she made it seem the company did not want to provide any further service but reluctantly set another appointment but could not provide a date.
