My mother was in Encompass Rehab. I asked that they get someone to cut my mother's toenails. Days passed so I asked again and while she was in therapy Nicole Gortaire came in her room, I said that she is in therapy. She went there to cut her nails - when she returned, they were so jagged and pointed toward the edges - catching on her socks and clothes. So terrible. I was appauled. I had to get our my clippers and file and clean them up. Not recommended. Very disappointed the attention that she received.
I had a wonderful and painless experience at this office! The staff and Dr. are very friendly and professional.
They did a great job explaining what pain was caused from and what I could do for it
First visit, front desk was fantastic, physician answered all my questions, great bed side manners. Have another appt as a follow up.
