Had my motorcycle detailed, and at the end wished I had saved my money. Detailer showed up with no water and no hose, so guess what? You got it, he borrowed mine. Oh, I'm not finished. Detailer then asked ME to move the bike back & forth so he could do his job. Did so only because I didn't want him damaging the bike. Shoes & pant legs were soaked by the end. A quick planned weekend trip to Virginia Beach, but I didn't have time for my local detailer to do my Porsche. Instead, I did a little research and found Superior Detailing. I e-mailed John on tuesday for service that following saturday, and was immediately answered with a text that confirmed he could do what I needed, and a confirmation call that friday to settle pick up details. When I called to make an appointment I was given a bit of an attitude about why I made it so online. I explained that the site does not say it requires appointments to be made online and that I wanted to make it by phone since it was a first-time appointment. (They said they "do not want to take appointments by phone." Which should have been my first warning.) I made an appointment - date and time.
