Wonderful experience! This is a well ran business. From start to finish it was a great example of how a customer should be treated. The gentleman who showed up were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and very courteous and respectful! They found just a few issues explained all the details about a few things we needed to take care of and what level of importance they each were which allowed us to decide if we wanted to fix them all today. Excellent customer service, Family staff, Attention to detail, Chimney looks beautiful!
The team members were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took there time to explain and show pictures of all the work. They are certified in all aspects of fireplaces and I felt very good that it was getting the attention needed for the cleaning and maintenance.
They are very professional, polite, and take pride in their work, entering with disposable covering shoes, and I could not discourage them not to.
Great, prompt service by very careful and knowledgeable folks! We use then every year for the past 3 years and will continue to do so.
Superior Chimney did an excellent job of inspecting and repairing our chimney. They took photos to support every repair that was suggested. I would hire them again!
