I was able to schedule an appointment easily, the crew gave me appropriate notification of their intended arrival, and arrived promptly to do the inspection. After thoroughly examining chimney, gave me a written explanation of the work needed and answered all questions to my satisfaction. All aspects of this encounter were professional and courteous. I have scheduled the work to be done and feel very comfortable working with this company.
I have had Superior Chimney now for years first at my old house and most recently at my new downsized place. They do a wonderful job of fixing the total chimney system as well as dryer vent system.
