This was one of the best home repairs we've ever had! The Project Manager was really easy to work with and the team that installed the chase cover and did the repairs was quick and professional. I ask lots of questions and they were ready with answers. I also got the feeling that they truly care about the job and want each customer to be really happy with their repairs. We use our fireplace quite a bit, and it was due for a cleaning. We called Superior Chimney Services, and were given a detailed explanation of what they do in terms of inspection and cleaning. Upon arrival, the two technicians showed me the conditions of the firebox and chimney that should be addressed from a safety and health issue. Chris and Nick did a fantastic job of preparing the room for fireplace cleaning. The pictures of before and after showed a dramatic difference, so I know the work was first rate! A detailed explanation of what should be done in the future was given in a professional, courteous and easy to understand manner. I would recommend Superior Chimney services for all chimney work.

Jake the inspector was professional, courteous and well informed about my chimney. Additionally he offered good answers to my questions about chimney care and fire safety. When l asked about certain type of chimney service he said it wasn?t needed for my chimney type. With that you can add trustworthy to my comments. Daniel the installer was equally professional and courteous. He also seemed well informed. He said he is working to move up the career ladder.
