Worst car buying experience ever. No communication going on throughout this business (with the exception of the salesman that was getting his butt handed to him in the showroom, by a manager) Nobody ever knows whats going on. Bought my car a week ago and STILL trying to straighten out a mess.
I bought a truck 30 days ago. I haven't received the documentation needed to tag it and pay taxes. All they will do is give me another temporary tag with a fictitious purchase date to give them another 30 dats to get the title. They won't even give me anything in writing explaining the situation. They have been very rude to me and to the lady at the DMV that called trying to help me. I will NEVER step on their lot again once (if) I ever get this settled.
With pleasure! These folks listen to what you tell them! They put it together, do not only rely on machines diag, do many trial runs if necessary, so refreshing to have a place we trust! Our Acadia is better now than when we bought it new at a different dealership. Not to mention, very nice waiting area if you have to wait!

Horrible! Bought a car from them in November... took over 90 days to get my paperwork from them to license and register the vehicle...now, after being assured twice that they were certifying my Acadia...now, here I sit needing to have repairs done only to find out that since I bought an extended warranty the lazy bastards didnt certify the vehicle....which means I pay a deductible now every time I need a repair. God bless the poor service guy they pawned off on me on the phone...he was super nice but the mistake was made in ... read more
