Took my car in yesterday for an oil change. I had my small dog, Jack with me. The service guy was so nice and told me to bring Jack on in with me. While I was there he told me that my brakes needed fixing, factory problem, he said it would take a while longer but he wanted me to be safe. Was very impressed. Can't remember his name but I sure appreciate his kindness and concern.

I live over 5 hours away, they had the best price in a 350 mile radius. I worked out my entire deal through text message. When I arrived at the dealership they had everything waiting for me and I was in/out very quickly.
