Sales person was great and all staff treated us well. Communication before we arrived was fantastic, we were able to get the deal we were looking for and we are well pleased with our experience at Superior Buick GMC and we are liking our new Encore a lot.

Buying the car was the easy part. Everyone was great. Now trying to get someone to call me back regarding sales tax that THEY promised to pay, has been a night mare. My next vehicle will be elsewhere.

I went to superior GMC today to look at a very nice truck and this damn sale man tell me I can't touch the key or hold it if I'm going to buy it I can touch any damn thing I want to unless it was about I was a black man and me and my wife have always going our cars from superior time to go find a new dealership Who really appreciate good customers

Very knowledgeable and friendly. The sales staff is extremely helpful and able to do car deals other dealers can't.

Great service. I will be back now that Mikel Byers no longer works there. What a drunken fool. Was drunk on the job when I was last in to get my truck serviced.
