Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I purchased my BMW M3 the car wasn’t ready the day I purchased it still needed to get checked in the shop “not a big deal I could come back Saturday to get it” before I left the finance manager told me I was approved on the loan with the interest rate of 5%. When I went to pick up the car on Saturday all the paperwork was for 7.9%. Of course being that it was on a Saturday no one was in the finance office for the day. Really glad I found this place. This is a great little family owned business. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Allie really took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. Andre did a great job getting us a good deal on the financing. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone!
