very disappointed with this place. not only they couldn't help me out get into a new vehicle, I had to leave mine at the shop for repairs and 3 weeks later and I still don't have my vehicle ready. If I knew it's gonna be that long, I would've totally went to another dealer. 1 star rating from me.
Absolute scam artists probably the biggest joke of a dealership in Buffalo NY. Every real dealer knows this, they buy exotic cars off auctions and fix them enough for you to buy then screw you on paperwork. They actually plowed an entire season with the Chevy lariat and added $5k to the value. These guys are shot. Need to go out of business

As its name would imply, we had a top notch experience at Superior from start to finish. Sarah’s personalized service combined with Richard’s knowledge and expertise made for a friendly and comfortable buying experience. Their inventory was equally impressive, and we found just what we were looking for in a high quality used vehicle. I would recommend Superior to anyone who wants to take the stress out of purchasing a vehicle.
We went to buy a car today, unfortunately I did not look up the value of the car before we went. Luckily the salesman pulled it up on her computer right in front of me, $5000 less than what it was listed for in the NADA. So I then looked it up on KBB and it showed for $7,000 less than list price. I was then told “I can take $200 off..” LOL. GO ANYWHERE ELSE, NOT HERE
I purchased a vehicle from Richard, when I got to the dealership there was a bubble on the tire and the brakes were making noises, I notified him of this and he told me to check this out with another place to see if it passes inspection or not. I have been trying to reach them for a month and they continue to say they will get back to me. Not even worth one star. And they keep deleting google reviews.
