First of all i really appreciate how soon they get you in for an appointment. I made arrangements to drop my car off before work and the made things so easy on me with my young son. They had a beautiful loaner car ready for me in no time. They were kind enough to ask if i was able to answer the phone at work or if it be better for them to wait for my call. Made me feel like family. They also were able to beat my prices from two other well known shops !! I couldn’t be more happy with my all around service!!
My first experience buying a car from superior auto sales has been absolutely fantastic. I bought a volvo xc60 for my wife in November of 2017 and she absolutely loves it. Now the thing that will keep me coming back is the excellent post-purchase support from the service department. We were in search of specific Mustang. We found it on line at Superior Auto Sales. Communicated via email and went to see it. Jeff Shaffer was a pleasure to deal with and we had a great experience with Andre, as the finance manager. We were able to do drive the car home the same day. We were from a distance and this was very convenient for us. We would highly recommend Superior Auto Sales.
Superior auto sales will lie to your face and tell you that there's problems with your vehicle that are not there. They don't stand by there word and will be little anyone just so they can make a quick buck. They take advantage of the less fortunate and cater to the higher clientele
I came here to have my truck undercoated and while waiting in the waiting room an older gentlemen starts talking to me. After 45 minutes of talking and listening to WWII stories, stories about Buffalo, and life in general, I find out he's the (86) year old owner or founder of the company. What a neat guy! Kind of reminded me of my grandfather. They did a nice job with the undercoating!
