Unprofessional, they think they're doctors and diagnos your problems then try to talk you out of going to hospital. I didn't go because they said the hospital would take care of my back pain, turns out I had a life threatening infection in my spinal cord. ALSO they left there big bag of medical equipment at my house. My mom had to call their center to send someone to pick it up.

Incorrectly billed. Terrible customer service. Sorted it out with my insurance company. I paid Superior 11 days ago the correct amount. They JUST billed me AGAIN. Process your payments. STOP billing ME.

Incorrectly billed. I've sent letters, no response. Try to call, impossible to get a person. The one time I did get a person they would not assist with the issue, just said if not paid will go to collection. This is a bill from almost a year ago. It's been ongoing all this time, they just send bill after bill. I'm trying to resolve it but can't get through to anyone. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very unprofessional. EMS yelled at me and got mad at me when I was doing nothing wrong. As adults they should know how to have a civil conversation but they were acting very immature. You don’t yell at someone, especially at your job and especially to people who have done no wrong. They also were making comments about my personal life and my intelligence.
