Even though I wasn't able to have the air ducts cleaned because of the weird set up of my furnace and ac, this guy was great. He explained everything to me and showed me how to install the furnace filter. Didn't even charge me for the call. When I get a new furnace, I will call this company back to clean the vents.

The technician arrived on time and explained everything to me and took time to answer my questions. He was very neat and cleaned up at the completion of the job. I had a question after he was gone, and he called me back that evening. I am very satisfied and will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Rick did a very good job.

Definately Expensive but ducts are clean. I am not certain how clean a cheaper service would be - same/better/worse? However I caution anyone that his care of your house is minimal. I have damaged paint around one register, another register is bent, there are black marks on the walls from where his hose hit. When I showed him some damage, he dismissed it so I paid him and vowed I would not use him again. Get ready to paint.
John was responsive and understanding. He scheduled my job quickly after I had been stood up by another competing local duct cleaning company. Time is valuable to everyone and Superior Air Duct Cleaning treated me well. I received quick scheduling, they arrived early, finished quickly, & were courteous and professional. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. I did not receive the video service and did not request it either. My house smells & stays notably cleaner, longer now.
They were fast, courteous and did a good job. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.
These guys are honest and professional. They do a great job, and there is no up-selling of variuous services. They left our home's ductwork in perfect condition. The change in air quality and reduction of dust made the service well worth the money. I'll definitely use them again.
