The work to be performed was explained thoroughly and completed in a timely manner. My only concern is one of the screws to the air intake vent is missing. I was assured that I can still remove and replace vent easily when replacing filter. I have not tried that yet to see if this is true. The quality of the air inside my home has greatly improved and sinus problem has disappeared.
We are very disappointed with this service. The quote they give you is not what they charge you when the service person shows up at your house. Jason did not remove all the vent covers, he forced the air into the duct work and bent the grills. The truck he used did not expend the all dust catchers, so the dust and dirt came back in the house. When told about this he had no reply. We thought the idea was to remove the dust from the house. Jason did a great job, on time, polite and professional. My only criticism is their ad. I turned down another company because the discount wasn't even considered in the estimate. Supposedly it had already been considered and there was a minimum that wasn't mentioned. They were cheaper than Superior but I got that uneasy feeling that they were being less than honest. I was very pleased I chose Superior instead. Their online support material convinced me.
They did an excellent job. They gave me a fair estimate and were able to complete the job promptly as well. They cleaned all of my vents after we had major remodeling done and cleaned all the debris that had accumulated over the years. They explained everything well, and I definitely noticed a difference - we all breathed easier, but especially my daughter, who has asthma. I highly recommend them.
Jason was professional and got the job done on time as scheduled. He went the extra mile and called me back several hours after he finished my house to recommend an HVAC company for some other work. I will hire them again.
