How do you know who is really good at something like this? There were a lot of add on expenses to get everything done. Different from the on line offer. It was very costly.
Called back right away to schedule appointment. We only wanted an estimate because we did not know how many ducts/returns we had. Technician arrived on time. As expected, we exceeded maximum ducts and price was higher than expected. Did not know we would be charge a $75 service call if we chose to get other quotes. Tech was able to work with us on price, but would have appreciated that information up front. Equipment impressive but noisy and job took longer than expected.
