Very pleased with all aspects of this company. Serviceman was very competent, thorough, and polite. No complaints on anything.
Dust and debris was blown into my house from three registers. The employee acknowledged the mistake and said it should not have happened, he re-cleaned those vents and attempted to wipe up the floor but unfortunately when that amount of dust is blown back into your house the dust goes EVERYWHERE and not just on the floors. My husband and I had a headache from breathing in all the dust that circulated in the air because of this mistake. Very disappointed. He offered to reduce our total bill by $20. Gee thanks.
