Completed the job quickly, explained the process and showed me before and after what the air ducts looked like. Was fair and honest.
Superior's technician was on time, very thorough and professional. The cost to value ratio of this service was in balance. My expectations were met.
Overall experience was okay. The technician upon getting my signature to do the cleaning showed me that my ducts (with a mirror instead of a camera) weren't that dirty. During the duct cleaning he suggested that cleaning the furnace blower motor would solve our dust issue. This was a $30 work item compared to the $380 that was charged for cleaning our ducts.
The air duct cleaning was done well, however after the person left, it was discovered later tht two ducts were not cleaned.
Prompt, friendly technician; as far as I can tell vents are very clean now.
They show up on time. Very happy with the result. He puts the video camera in and show me how dirty the air duct were. I get to see before and after the job is done. I was surprisingly to see how much dust and dog's hairs were in those ducts.
