Specialties We are a heated vinyasa studio specializing in power yoga. Most of our teachers have backgrounds in medicine or sports rehab and have trained with Baron Baptiste. History Established in 2011. Iowa Powered Yoga was started through the passion of charity after Ryan Esdohr the founder created Des Moines Yoga Bash, a yoga event where all proceeds go to charity. Shortly after Iowa Powered Yoga was born. The power(ED) because it is though the people of Iowa that fuels the energy of the studio.

Today was my first session with Ryan at Superhuman Lab and his RPR work. I’m 67 and training for a Marathon. If you want results Ryan does an amazing work. I am energized and ready to run. My T-band isn’t snapping across my knee and I’m walking without any piriformis pain within a couple hours of Ryan’s work. RPR may not be for everyone but it works for me. Thank you Ryan! I wish I could give you a ten star rating!
I went in for the first time last night. had some elbow pain had Ryan work on me. What a difference. Went in this morning to bench. Hit a PR as my upper part of my bosy has never felt better. That was awesome but what was even better was that Ryan explained everything he was doing so i could understand how to help myself. Ill be in more for sure! Thank you
