Specialties We are a heated vinyasa studio specializing in power yoga. Most of our teachers have backgrounds in medicine or sports rehab and have trained with Baron Baptiste. History Established in 2011. Iowa Powered Yoga was started through the passion of charity after Ryan Esdohr the founder created Des Moines Yoga Bash, a yoga event where all proceeds go to charity. Shortly after Iowa Powered Yoga was born. The power(ED) because it is though the people of Iowa that fuels the energy of the studio.

Ryan did a phenomenal job in diagnosing some of my weaknesses and instabilities and has me on a great plan of getting back to fighting shape! I highly recommend seeing him for any of your athletic issues!
