Did not do what I asked for whatsoever. Literally did the exact opposite actually. I specifically mention I did not want them thin, but then proceeded to wax half of my eyebrows off. 2nd time I’ve went home in tears.
Stylist Sarah understood what I wanted and cut my hair exactly ad I wanted. Very kind and polite.
Shara is great! She cuts our hole family's hair. She takes her time with the kids to makes sure they are comfortable. I wish I could just give Shara the five stars and not the owners. They spent so much money updating the store in recent years and have had so many good employees leave and better themselves. Every time I'm in getting a haircut they have to turn away so much business do to no staffing, at least 2 people come in every time I get my haircut and they leave because she is booked solid.
