Explained what I wanted she even offered not to cut above 4 inches to compensate my curls I agreed, not having my glasses on and having the small talk change to how she wants to be an instructor only and not cut hair I felt the back of my head and then looked at the floor she cut ALL my hair down to my scalp !!!! from 4 inches around now I have a man’s fade!! Maybe her first lesson should be to listen to the customer ..So had to purchase wigs until it grows out

I had bought a gift card and the person I got it for didn't want it so Supercuts said I could use it. The day I went I first showed her my card and she said to wait till I check out. At check out I gave her the card and she tried to use it and then told me it wouldn't go through. She called someone to see why and then told me she doesn't know and gave me a number to call corporate which was no good. I looked the number up online and called and never got to talk to a real person. I emailed them about it and have had no respon... read more

Long time client until today! Came Monday as a walking for trim only. There was one person there and wanted to do my hair 3 hours later! Ok so I left. Today on I called early in the morning and explained my 1 hour drive and scheduled a trim and color for 2:30. I was on time and waited 15 minutes before I was told that it would be another 40 minutes to do my hair!! Reminded them of my scheduled appointment and was told....sorrrryyyy.
