In August 2014 I had the worst service as the lady who cut and messed up my hair, and head/face (since I had to short cut it) and lifestyle, since I told her few things to follow for the cut, and she did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I gave her a lot of freedom, and few requests, insisted upon as she kept curtting my hair.
