Got quoted an hour for a studio (5 large items only to remove) and I was assured that one hour is enough. The building is only 3 stories with lift. The removalists had no sense of urgency or care and took 1.5 hrs to remove the items. I was running around myself to help and had the most unpleasant experience. I was told the removalist service is part of the company.
