We have mixed reviews within our family. I have always gotten great service for my car and my husband felt the same about his truck. However, a few months ago he noticed the paint on the roof of his truck was fading horribly. When he questioned one of the team members at Superwash, he was told the roof of trucks are never waxed. Some of the hardest working people I’ve encountered. And the way they continue to “push” each other to keep working and pumping cars through is amazing. Keep up the good work guys.

I’ve been bringing my Challenger here for a while usually buying the $25 wash but this time I decided to do the hand wax for $50 then was offered another service to clean the clear coat for $29.99. Outside of car looked great until it rained 2 days later. The inside was covered in lint and cup holders weren’t cleaned. As for the wax the water stuck like glue to my car. Have been using this car wash since it opened. It seems like the quality of the automatic wash has diminished. I splurged on the $15 lava wash today and I must say, the car looked no better than when I buy $5 wash. I still had dirty sideview mirrors, the part that is the actual mirror and the side windows weren't clean. I was able to wipe dirt spots off the exterior. Not happy with quality at all. I have been there in the past and have received excellent service. But this time they were extremely busy and seemed to be understaffed. My car did not receive the usual cleaning as in the past. I sit outside to wait and not once did I see them vacuum the inside and there was trash in the door panel. When I got home there were water spots all over the car and a chip of paint out of the hood! I'm debating going back as I have a brand new, 2017, car and really don't want any more damage.
You get what you pay for....their prices are low and this isn't full detailing, but the car is vaccumed and gently wiped inside as well as washed. If you go regularly and keep up your car, it's a great deal
