My 2014 Jeep came out with spots and they wiped some off and didn’t even try the other sides did a sorry job.
RecommendedGreat experience this past Friday, rolled up to the machine where you select a wash. Stupid me left my wallet at home. But lucky for me they did have Apple Pay. I usually come here twice a month or so and always receive exceptional service. The last couple of months I have seen a decline in detail and especially bug removal. Today for the first time I waited 40 minutes while my car sat in the detail area. A very long time to wait and still have to go home to scrub bugs off my bumper. I should’ve looked before driving off. This has been a great pace since it opened but something is off. Service has declined. Wait times have increased. They work so hard to be the best and that is exactly what they are. The best! These guys work very hard and are always friendly and courteous. They ask at the end of any full service wash if you see anything they need to touch up, and they are glad to do it.
After six months of washing my own car I decided to give this place a try again. Left lane closed major problems with machine took ten minutes for them to fix the issue there we sat stuck. I then do not get the wash I paid for! Park can’t find a mgr employee in full service starts giving excuses- I said forget it! Last time going to this joint and getting ripped off and the hassle of machines that clearly do NOT work properly!
I was in on Dec 6, 2019 for a full service wash. Just after leaving the wash I noticed numerous bug remnants in the center of my windshield. I also found that my center console was totally missed in the vacuuming/wipe down. I reached out to the establishment within the hour of my leaving (I was unable to return right away due to school pick up needs). Went in Yesterday and had a couole issues with My wash after I left. I left a review and within 2 hours was contacted By management willing to look into My complaint and correct it. The quick response time and effort to fix the issues was enough in itself to make it worth going back and giving them another try. I will be going back Sunday to have My vehicle re-washed and will continue to use Superwash after that!! Thanks for being on top of Customer service!!
