The car wash damaged my vehicle. I was told since it was a rubber or trim piece they are sorry and could not do anything about it. I will never be back here. Terrible customer service.
prompt and courtious service
So been telling the wife how good this car wash cleans the inside and outside of my truck so well I convinced her to go with me this time. I was very happy the way my truck came out. Her suv not so much. We punched the same exact package and her was not done nearly as done as well as mine. Needless to say she probably won’t be coming back and I question if will as well now.
Just came today for the first time..great experience & everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend.

number one I just sent you a message my name is Brian Strawbridge they could have a little bit more customer courtesy... Then the thing didn't take my debit card so they made me go out the parking lot in their spending 150 to $200 a month washing mine and my wife's car the least they could have did Woodlands let me go through the wash... I am very upset as soon as the car wash in Tavares opens they will be getting my business from now on
They about blew my jeep up and yelled at me because I said something. DO NOT USE!
