Had to go home and wash my truck and my car the same day..... your customer service sucks... I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE..... 68 dollars wasted.....NEVER AGAIN......... this place has really gone done hill.. .
Very poor service, they barely scrub your car for bugs... always have to go home and hand was it myself because they did not do the job right.. Next time I was there, I pre applied a bug removal spray because of my experience before, this nasty guy sounding like he just go out of jail and without even saying good afternoon, came up to me complaining and saying we ain't gonna touch your car!!! Best cash wash and detailing in the area !! good price and best service
I went in for a rain check car wash and the woman that "guided" me onto the conveyor belt at the wash, was rude and impatient and yelled at me for not getting it right. I told one of the managers at the car wash (who apparently witnessed the entire thing) that she was a rude asshole and he told offense to my choice of words and said she was not rude but watching out for me. No apology from Super Wash, my last time going there!
Did an excellent job & the staff was very friendly
They are quick and usually thorough. I was just there yesterday. When I got home I noticed two dirt spots on the hood of my white car. They were pretty obvious. Other than that, they did a great job.
