Beware of this company's fraudulent practices! I was ordering a car wash when an employee stepped up to "help" me. I wanted the **** car wash and he said they were having a special and I could get unlimited car washes for a month for the same price. No-brainer, right? He reminded me that the special expired on April 10. Same story as others. They sign you up with a credit card and tell you that you can cancel at any time using their website or the phone number on the receipt they give you. After a few weeks we moved and I have been trying to cancel without success every day for 10 days. Trying to cancel online results in a message that the transaction cannot be processed at this time, and to call their customer service number. The services were fine. After going to a location in *****,** a few times I noticed that I had been signed up to their most expensive plan. 34.95$Turns out they used my credit card and license plate number without my permission to sign me up to a subscription. I don't recommend them and think they are very unscrupulous.

Well it looks like Im one of many that this business has screwed the same way on the monthly subscription scam. I love the actual car wash its self. It does a great job. To bad its getting ruined by dishonest business practices. My story is the same as others. They take your card from you, dont give you your receipt and no mention of a monthly subscription fee. I was not able to access my account online nor did I ever receive any sort of welcome email or text from them which I was told I would receive. I sent a cancellation request over email. My card was still charged. I called and they told me I never sent a cancellation request. Without proof they would not issue a refund. Between the lies and money theft they are an awful company.

I started using superstar car wash a couple years ago, but never signed up for a subscription because I didn't go there often enough. Eventually they offered me a $12.95 car wash and said that I could pay that price for a month of unlimited washes, however they didn't mention anything about the subscription continuing past that month, or being charged more after the original one month subscription. I was at ****************, **** ** location. I locked my keys in my car. I asked to call my husband to bring me keys and then I was offered for them to unlock my vehicle. They tried unsuccessful for over a half hour which caused damage to my vehicle. Never was I told they would be damaging my vehicle. I got an estimate for them to repair it and they refused.

If I can give no stars that would be my rating. Primarily for the unprofessional Supervisor named German whom tried to fight a customer for damage reported while vehicle went through car wash. I even called corporate and the info was shared with regional manager and no response or apology given. To have such reckless hotheaded employees working in this type of setting is complete and utterly unacceptable. I will remove all my families memberships and go elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE - ************ is committing fraud with every "special wash" they get customers to buy. They did this to both me and my daughter. They literally owe us over $100 for the unapproved monthly charges. There is never any communication of the fact that it is a monthly recurring charge, and they don't provide refunds once you notice the charges on your CC. TOTAL SCAM! They have been dong this for years - I cannot believe that there is not a class action law suit or some sort of penalty from the state for the business.... read more
