Super dooper wash. Dust sill inside. Third seat was down so they didn't bother to bring it up to vacuum floor. Terrible job. And the wipe-dry was a third class job. Unbelievable!

Just got my car detailed and my entire back window’s tint was all messed up. It was so bad that I couldn’t see out my back window when I was driving. They took absolutely ZERO responsibility and said that it must be a coincidence that it happened. Worse than that, the guy that cleaned my car saw me talking to the manager, came over, and knew what we were talking about before even asking!!! Yes.... must be a coincidence. You have lost my business. I should have read the reviews on here before going.
Machine broke down and car was stuck in the carwash for an hour. No one gave an explanation as to what was going on. When I try to find someone to help they said they had 40 other people to deal with (although my car was actually stuck in the car wash). Spent 2 hours at the car wash with terrible customer service.
Bought a detail card that they told me had “everything” on it. All they did was vacuum and shampoo the carpets and seats. Doors were not done. Dried bugs still all across the front of my vehicle. Console was not touched. Mats were stacked in the back part of my suv, in a puddle of water. To top it off, they took my son’s car seat out of my vehicle and “accidentally”’placed it in another vehicle.
