Everyone was very helpful & awesome. They're return policy is the best. Last Sept '13 they helped me get into a pair of Brooks and when I was having issues with them (I needed a wide width) they did an even exchange (even after I had them 30 days). Awesome customer service! My new running/workout shoe store!!
