I went to the Redmond store, looking for a new pair of running shoes. I didn't have to wait at all and a sales rep worked with me for almost 45 minutes, giving me many pairs of shoes to try on. He let me run around outside in them, which was incredibly helpful. I left very happy! Excellent service!
Staff are engaged and energetic! Really know their stuff. This is truly the best specialty run shop in the Seattle area!
Fantastic! SJJ Green Lake did not disappoint. Despite coming near closing time, Francisco took the time to analyze my stride and bring out 5 or 6 pairs for me to try on and test jog. I didn't feel rushed or pressured, but gladly left with a great pair of Brooks. SJJ has fabulous customer service and cool programs (weekly meet-up runs, weekly PT clinic, etc). As long as I am in the Puget Sound, SJJ will be my trusted source for running shoes!
Went to your Redmond store today and was helped by John. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Came away with two great pair of walking shoes. Can't wait to test drive them. Thanks again John.

I like it. I stop in often when in in the area. It's a Great place to shop for the run. The staff is very knowledgable (mostly top runners) and helpful. I've also been running with their awesome "The Monday Night Run" group when I can for a couple years now.
Loving my new shoes (third pair from here). They are so great at helping you find the right shoe. Only thing that the sales guy and I disagreed on was that I think the shoe has to be cute as much as comfortable. :)
