All the staff are track/XCountry athletes for college or high school. These men and women KNOW their stuff! They all take whatever the time is needed to fit you with the right shoe. They are not into "selling", they really serve our community ! Chet, Ty, Chris... I could go on.. are very knowledgeable! They will help you prevent injuries and get you where you want to go!!�����
Best sales experience ever! I was approached immediately by Taylor, told her about my knee problems, she asked a few questions and within 5 minutes had 3 different pairs of running shoes for me to try that addressed my issues. Love it!
Great customer service from a very knowledgeable staff. They don't work on commission so they are willing to spend as much time with you as you need!
Visited the Redmond location and had a wonderful experience talking to John. Very friendly staff who love what they do.
I arrived soaking wet with my three year old son today and they were extremely courteous and let him explore while I shopped. Amazing! Plus, I had some negative vibes from a man who seemed to be following us at the Greenlake restrooms and they offered to let me stay in the store as long as needed and for a male employee to walk us back to our car. These are lovely people that run a fantastic store.
